NIFTY UPDATE 28

Hi,

Yesterday we had written:” On upper side above 4894, NF will go up to 4935. On crossover above 4935 will take NF to 4962-4965. And last level was 4984”.

NF opened above 4894, made low of 4905.5, and finally in last minute made high of 4989.1 to close at 4977.85.

Today’s trading levels for Nifty Future:

Resistance: 5018-5046-5061-5113

Support: 4966-4933-4905-4873

For today, on crossover above yesterday’s high, NF will go up to 5046-5061. There is a gap from 5062 to 5113 so on crossover above 5062 will take NF to 5113.

5018 can provide some resistance so be careful around that level.

Weakness will be seen below 4966. Below 4966, NF will go up to 4933-4905. Break below 4905 will fill the gap of 4905 to 4879.

NIFTY UPDATE 26

On Friday, we had given a trade for lion heart traders:” Buy NF in two parts. First buy around 4830 and second at 4810 with strict stop loss of 4790 (Both NF & NS). Risk of 30 points (average) only”.

NF made low of 4818.6 and reversed to make high of 4935. Around 4910 we have advised to book some profit rest we are holding with strict stop loss of 4790.  We have secured our stop loss by doing part profit booking.

Today’s trading levels for Nifty Future:

Resistance: 4935-4944-4997

Support: 4863-4816-4801

For today, 4863 is a level to watch. Break below 4863 with volumes will take NF to again 4816-4801. Break below 4801 with volumes then?????

On upper side 4935-4944 are the levels which will provide resistance. Above 4944 NF will spurt up to 4997.

NIFTY VIEW SEP 23

Hi,

Yesterday was a “Bloody Thursday” on the street.

On Tuesday we were looking for breakout above 5175 but NF resisted at 5174.

On yesterday we had written:” There is a strong support zone around 5038-5015-5005. Bulls needs to protect this support zone (and it is likely so) else there will be more pain for them”.

Look at the fall once broken 5005, made low of 4898.15 in hours only to close at 4913.9 and pain is still continue. While updating this SGX Nifty is trading at 4850.

Today’s trading levels for Nifty Future:

Resistance: 4913-4953-5018-5044-5062

Support: 4892-4827-4816-4801

Now, today below 4892, NF will go up to 4827. If NF manages to break 4827 then also there are supports at 4816-4801. Break below 4801 with volumes then????

Yesterday’s close of 4913 will be first resistance to cross, and once crossed then bulls will take control of the rest.

NF is highly oversold in hourly chart. Bollinger band indicates support at 4795.

FII has sold NF worth 1813 crores on yesterday.

Now what to do? Fear is there on the streets.

NIFTY VIEW SEP 22

Hi,

For yesterday, above Tuesday’s high our resistance was 5175, NF made high of 5173.9. Our support was 5104, NF made low of 5113 and closed at 5141.3.

We were looking for H&S break out above 5175 but NF could not cross it and resisted at 5174.

While updating this SGX Nifty is trading at 5051.

Today’s trading levels for Nifty Future:

Resistance: 5175-5190-5223-5239

Support: 5088-5038-5015-5005

Now, today below 5088, NF will go up to 5038. There is a strong support zone around 5038-5015-5005. Bulls needs to protect this support zone (and it is likely so) else there will be more pain for them.

Today’s fall will be due to global factor, else charts are indicating possible break out on upper side (valid till protecting 5038-5015-5005).

What to do? One needs to trade with levels only.

Just to refresh what we had written on Monday:” Today watch 5042 levels carefully, below 5042 NF will go up to 5028. From 5028 or from 5002, NF can take reversal. Be alert around these levels”.

On Monday, NF made low of 5017.3 and closed at 5037.15.

On yesterday also we had clearly written:” If not breaking low of yesterday then NF will go up to 5071-5086. Crossover above 5086, NF will attempt for 5135. On crossover above 5135 will increase possibility of crossing 5175 this time”.

Yesterday NF has not broken low of Monday and made high of 5167.8, closed at 5156.7.

Today’s trading levels for Nifty Future:

Resistance: 5175-5190-5223-5239

Support: 5104-5093-5070

Now, today 5104-5093 are good supports for bulls, break below it will take NF to 5070.

Above yesterday’s high of 5167.8, 5175-5190-5223-5239 is a strong resistance zone. Chart indicated that this time bulls may breach this resistance zone.

 where NF and NS has stopped on yesterday. Above 5175, there can be H&S break out.

On Friday, we have written: “Now again, we have entered in to a supply zone. Today’s RBI policy will give huge volatility in the market so be alert and trade light”.

You can see how volatile market was on Friday. NF made high of 5155 the low of 5071 and then 5135 to 5078 to 5131 to 5076 and closed at 5087.6.

Today’s trading levels for Nifty Future:

Resistance: 5135-5175-5190-5223-5239

Support: 5042-5028-5002-4960

Now, today watch 5042 levels carefully, below 5042 NF will go up to 5028. From 5028 or from 5002, NF can take reversal. Be alert around these levels.

If NF breaks 5002 then next support is around 4960.

On upper side 5135 will provide resistance. Crossover above it will increase possibility of crossing 5175 this time.

 trend line support of NF comes around 4960. Above 5175, there can be H&S break out.

Always expect unexpected from the market.

Yesterday, in first half of the session, market has given surprising down move but later on it was recovered and given sharp rally.

On lower side below 4981 our target was 4901 but we were watching channel support closely. The channel support was protected and then given sharp rally to make high of 5100.

Above 5040, our next level was 5077 and crossover above that target was 5116-5124.

While updating this, SGX nifty is trading at 5133.

Resistance: 5116-5124-5175-5190-5223-5239

Support: 5054-5027

Now, today watch 5116-5124 levels carefully, crossover above it will take NF to a strong resistance zone of 5175-5190-5223-5239.

On lower side 5054 will act as support; break below it will take NF to 5027.

For Friday we had written:” today if not breaking high of yesterday (5174) then watch 5131 level carefully. Break below 5131, NF will take to 5114. Last hope for bulls is 5055”.

On Friday NF could not cross high of 5174 and crashed to make low of 5042.5. Remaining action was completed on yesterday by making low of 4901.

We have already warned you about being in supply zone on Friday also.

Now, today on remaining above 4925, NF will attempt for 4979. There is a gap from 4979 to 5042, so chances are bright of filling that gap. During this 5013-5026 will act as resistance.

On lower side 4925 is a support below that 4901-4892 are minor supports.

As of now technical correction of a rally (4718 to 5174) seems to be over (till NF is above 4925).

Statistically, FII has bought stock futures worth 3220 crores (considering yesterday’s sell of 84 crores) in last 9 trading sessions.
