NIFTY VIEW SEP 13

Hi,

For Friday we had written:” today if not breaking high of yesterday (5174) then watch 5131 level carefully. Break below 5131, NF will take to 5114. Last hope for bulls is 5055”.

On Friday NF could not cross high of 5174 and crashed to make low of 5042.5. Remaining action was completed on yesterday by making low of 4901.

We have already warned you about being in supply zone on Friday also.

Today’s trading levels for Nifty Future:

Resistance: 4979-5013-5026-5038

Support: 4925-4901-4892-4811

Now, today on remaining above 4925, NF will attempt for 4979. There is a gap from 4979 to 5042, so chances are bright of filling that gap. During this 5013-5026 will act as resistance.

On lower side 4925 is a support below that 4901-4892 are minor supports.

As of now technical correction of a rally (4718 to 5174) seems to be over (till NF is above 4925).

Statistically, FII has bought stock futures worth 3220 crores (considering yesterday’s sell of 84 crores) in last 9 trading sessions.

Again repeating, we are not bullish with the market. We are just playing counter rally of down trending market.

Yesterday below 5106 our support was 5073, NF made low of 5088.35 and reversed to make high of 5174 and closed at 5155.

Today’s trading levels for Nifty Future:

Resistance: 5190-5214-5223-5239

Support: 5131-5114-5055

Now, today if not breaking high of yesterday then watch 5131 level carefully. Break below 5131, NF will take to 5114. Last hope for bulls is 5055.

On crossover above yesterday’s high, 5190-5214-5223-5239 is a strong resistance zone. Aggressive bears can look for shorting opportunity around this resistance zone.

Reminding you again, we are now in to a supply zone so be careful.

-ve divergence is spotted in NF hourly chart and yesterday was 8^th day from the low of 4718.

Technically rally from 4718 should over around above written resistance zone but statistically rally should extend as FII has bought stock futures worth 3158 crores in last 8 trading sessions.

Yesterday was one more winning day for bulls.

NF made high of 5149 and closed at 5117.2.

Today’s trading levels for Nifty Future:

Resistance: 5190-5214-5223-5239

Support: 5073-5041-5021

Now, today below 5106, NF will attempt for 5073. IF NF manages to break 5073 then also 5041-5021 is good support zone.

Reminding you again, we are now in to a supply zone so be careful.

Strength in NF will come only above yesterday’s high of 5149. Then also 5190-5214-5223-5239 is a strong resistance zone. Aggressive bears can look for shorting opportunity around this resistance zone.

For Friday, our view was clear:” on remaining above 4976, 5042 is a minor hurdle, on cross over above it will take NF to 5097”.

After making high of 5062, NF fell and made low of 4988.8 (but could not break 4976) and reversed to close at 5034.1.

While updating this, SGX nifty is trading at 4965, down 81 points. (We have already mentioned about –ve divergence in NF 15 min chart and supply zone around 5097-5116).

Today’s trading levels for Nifty Future:

Resistance: 5097-5116-5190

Support: 4986-4951-4931-4895

Today on break below 4986, NF will attempt for 4951. 4951 is a strong support, on break below 4951 with volumes and sustaining below it for 5-10 mins will take NF to 4895.

4931 is a level to watch if NF is making low around this.

On upper side 5097-5116 are good resistances.

NF 15 chart is showing -ve divergence in RSI.

FII has bought NF worth 2727 crores in last four days.

Today on remaining above 4976, 5042 is a minor hurdle, on cross over above it will take NF to 5097.

Now watch 5097-5116 levels carefully, there can be supply around this zone. Aggressive bears can take short attempt around 5097-5116 with strict stop loss.

On lower side 4938-4923 are good supports.

-ve divergence is building up in NF 15 min chart, need confirmation.
